Become popular. Once a submission becomes "popular" by having a certain number of "likes , " it moves to the " publish news " section and when the volume of " likes " really start increasing , it goes to the homepage in its category. If it becomes one of the most popular, it qualifies as a "Top 10" and goes to our homepage. If a submission doesn't receive enough "likes" within a certain time period, it eventually falls out of the "Upcoming" section.
